Kigge Mai Hvid a global trailblazer within sustainable design and the renowned founder of the world’s largest award for sustainable design – INDEX Award – Design to Improve Life - founded 2001.

She is now engaged in advising boards, governments, and organisations alike – and is emerged in efforts to communicate the importance and wonders of biodiversity through art and design from her studio in Copenhagen.  Kigge shows designers and businesses how nature can help us solve some of the world’s most pressing problems.
