The 3rd Hong Kong Denim Festival (HKDF) is designed as a platform to engage perspectives of denim culture and knowledge, providing a dynamic series of activities to embrace the culture and experience of denim.

The “DesignInspire in Motion” campaign features a series of thematic mini-exhibitions to showcase the design excellence of Hong Kong. These mini-exhibitions will feature a wide spectrum of Hong Kong designers’ creative works including but not limit to product and graphic design projects, art installations, digital art, creative photography, illustrations, etc.

An innovative and interdisciplinary collaboration between MOViE MOViE and Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC), Life is Art. Design in Motion, as part of BODW City Programme (CityProg) taking place from 23 November to 17 December, is a film festival that celebrates arts and design.

Co-presented by BODW City Programme (CityProg) and What Design Can Do (WDCD), this exhibition features 13 winning projects of WDCD’s Make It Circular Challenge competition and 5 selected circular design projects from Hong Kong and the Mainland.

deTour is an annual design festival that celebrates creativity and demonstrates how the creative process can bring value to the design industry. Presented by PMQ, the event presents a variety of programmes that engage designers and creative communities in the city and overseas. deTour offers a unique platform that seeks to inspire by featuring the latest creative expressions and innovative design, whilst fostering exchange of ideas between emerging talents and established creative professionals.

Leadership Forum on Service Design 2023 is a concurrent event under the programme of BODW, a flagship event organised by School of Design annually.

Shortlisted by a panel of fashion industry leaders, 10 emerging stars showcase their cutting-edge capsule collections. This curated exhibition of Asia’s most exciting new fashion designers is a celebration of the innovation, creativity, and craft of a rising generation of talent.

This conference gathers experts from the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong to share their experiences, and challenges. The discussion will cover topics that addresses adaptive re-use projects, technological advancements and cutting edge research based on projects in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the UK.
