Sophie is an impact-focused entrepreneur with a passion for sustainability and the environment. She started her career in investment banking, working at Morgan Stanley in both London and Hong Kong. She spent much of her free time exploring ways to reduce waste and innovations in recycling.  

Sophie co-founded EcoBricks in 2020, with a clear mission of developing a financially-viable and highly-scalable solution to the global plastic waste crisis. This circular economy solution turns waste that is challenging or impossible to recycle by traditional methods into high-grade, certified concrete building materials. EcoBricks has completed numerous high-profile projects across Hong Kong.
