Simon co-founded Sybarite with Torquil McIntosh in 2002 and their shared passion for retail, hospitality and experience-led architecture and interior design.

Simon has successfully directed close to 3,000 projects from the micro to the macro internationally. Innovation and collaboration are the underpinning principles from mono brands to masterplans, with notable clients and rollouts for LVMH, Marni, Ferrari, SKP & SKP-S, China Resources Land, The Public Investment Fund (PIF) and KAFD in the KSA.

Simon is a regular contributor and opinion leader for a host of conferences and future-facing white papers as well as being an active business mentor.
